The modern measuring equipment ensures a very high degree of finish and measurement protocols for the customer.
In addition to conventional measuring equipment, we also have high-quality optical measuring microscopes.
HEIDENHAIN's 3D touch probe system digitizes complex (3D) parts. The measurement data can then be edited using the 3D CAD/CAM program. Options include mirror images, negatives, or complete reconstructions in CAD (for example, of a cam wheel). Reverse engineering is therefore possible through the combined use of 3D scanning and the CAD/CAM system.
Machine measurement with HEIDENHAIN PP 109 and ACCOM software allows you to test and fine-tune the accuracy of your machinery (up to 0.2µm). We also offer this inspection for your machines, for example, to detect/compensate for backlash.
