Detail prototype

Some components require turning, wire erosion, milling, and grinding. We have all the technologies in-house to achieve a perfect end result.

High precision mold

Precision dies with contour tolerances <2µ and surface roughness Ra <0.1.

Specific mounting material

High-precision turning of soft and hard metals and plastics. Carbide turning with Swiss high-end Schaublin 180 CCN. Multi-start threads from 0.5 mm are unique worldwide.

Gears

Internal and external gearing, straight, helical and conical gearing, but also worm gears are milled on the Pfauter gear milling machine and/or wire eroded.

Measuring caliber

Custom, go and no go calibers.

Precision mold

A die with extremely small internal radii of 0.02 mm. Wire erosion with fine 0.03 mm tungsten wire and contour tolerances <2 µm is the world's best-in-class.

Internal radii of 0.02 mm can only be achieved using top-of-the-line wire erosion machines and require years of experience. We are experts in the field of the most precise and smallest dies.

Trapezoidal thread

Single-start and multi-start trapezoidal threads. Nuts and screws can be turned.

Repairs of industrial installations

Maintenance and repairs on various industrial machines. Solutions for electromechanical problems. In-house manufacturing of parts that are no longer available on the market when the machine is no longer supported by the manufacturer.

Reverse Engineering

After 3D digitizing a plastic model, a red copper electrode is milled.
